The role of Software Development Tech Lead involves driving the technical direction, architecture, and execution of key initiatives while leading a team of engineers.
Responsibilities include acting as a technical leader, managing project milestones, tracking delivery progress, maintaining system quality, collaborating with cross-functional teams, providing coaching and mentorship, participating as a hands-on developer, and being part of the on-call rotation for production support.
Requirements:
Candidates must have 8+ years of experience with C# and .NET Core.
A minimum of 4+ years of experience with JavaScript/Typescript, HTML, and CSS is required.
Candidates must have at least 4+ years of experience with Angular or React.
Over 8 years of software development experience, particularly in enterprise platform architecture within the financial services or fintech sector, is necessary.
Proven experience as a Tech Lead or manager with successful project deliveries and scaling engineering teams is essential.
Demonstrated experience in designing and implementing financial transactions, payment processing, and permission management schemes is required.
Strong knowledge of security protocols and compliance requirements in the banking industry is necessary.
Experience with cloud technologies and DevOps practices is required.
Proven leadership skills with the ability to guide and inspire engineering teams are essential.
A B.Sc. or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field is required.
