The Lead Gameplay Engineer, Missions will lead and mentor a team of gameplay engineers to deliver high-quality missions for a top-tier, unannounced AAA game.
This role involves working closely with designers, artists, animators, and technical leads to define and implement scalable technical solutions that enhance gameplay experiences.
Responsibilities include improving mission creation workflows, driving engine and tool enhancements, and championing technical best practices.

Requirements:
Candidates must have 10+ years of experience in gameplay engineering or an equivalent combination of training and experience.
Prior leadership experience is required, including at least one shipped AAA game title.
Experience delivering complex gameplay features in collaboration with cross-functional teams (designers, artists, animators, level designers, FX artists) is essential.
Strong C++ programming skills and experience with production-quality code are necessary.
Candidates should have experience with real-time 3D games and associated editor/tool infrastructure.
Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and performance optimization skills are required.
Strong communication skills to articulate vision, provide feedback, and collaborate with diverse teams are essential.
