Remote Lead Infrastructure Specialist – Cloud Operations (Remote)

Description:

• CellCarta is hiring a Lead Infrastructure Specialist for Cloud Operations to join their team remotely.
• The Lead Infrastructure Specialist will provide level 2/3 technical support for cloud solutions.
• Responsibilities include receiving service desk tickets, managing cloud environments, coordinating maintenance, debugging issues, compiling system designs, providing recommendations, troubleshooting support issues, planning installations, maintaining contact with employees, providing technical assistance and training, creating SOPs, installing operating systems, developing systems for deployment, updating inventory, performing system monitoring, resolving network issues, and creating scripts.
• The role requires a degree in a computer-related or STEM field.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have more than 6 years of experience in IT.
• Proven experience in administering AWS environments, including deployment, troubleshooting, maintenance, and cost optimization, is required.
• Strong knowledge of cloud networking and VPCs is necessary.
• Experience with Linux environments is required, with a preference for Linux deployment and administration knowledge.
• Experience with CI/CD techniques and Terraform scripting is strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with CloudFormation, Kubernetes, and DevOps tools is preferred.
• Experience with monitoring tools such as CloudWatch is preferred.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Azure is a plus.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills are essential.
• Candidates must be independent, resourceful, and possess a good aptitude for problem-solving.
