The Lead Network Engineer will be responsible for designing and implementing the network architecture and online systems.

Requirements:
Candidates must have 7 years of experience as a programmer within the games industry, including at least 1 year in a lead role.
A proven track record of leadership in a senior network engineering role is required, with experience managing and mentoring teams of engineers.
Proficiency in C++ programming and deep knowledge of Unreal Engine is necessary.
A deep understanding of software architecture principles and experience designing scalable, performant systems is essential.
The ability to think creatively and strategically to overcome technical challenges and drive innovation in technology is required.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
