The company is looking for an experienced and motivated Lead QA Engineer.
Key responsibilities include UI and regression testing of the ApprovalMax product, analyzing requirements, discussing tasks with the team, developing and maintaining test scenarios and checklists, creating test instructions and documentation, analyzing test results, and providing reports on outcomes.
The Lead QA Engineer will also interact with the automation team for both web and mobile versions.
Requirements:
Candidates must have 5+ years of experience in testing.
Experience in managing a QA team, including hiring, onboarding, training, and development, is required.
Knowledge of testing theory, basic testing methodologies, and the software development life cycle is essential.
Understanding of client-server architecture and web application principles is necessary.
Experience in testing mobile versions and familiarity with Jira, Confluence, CI-CD, and Git systems is required.
Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, xPath, and DevTools is needed.
Experience with ELK systems and Sentry or similar systems is required.
Candidates should have experience in forming the structure of test documents and interacting with the autotesting department.
Good experience in working and testing with databases and knowledge of Postman is necessary.
Experience with Charles (Fiddler) is required.
The ability to generate timely, concise, and complete performance reports is essential.
Candidates must be able to independently build team interaction with PMs and developers.
Experience in an accounting subject area and knowledge of RESTful API architecture is required.
Experience in running load tests and automating web on Playwright and mobile versions is a plus.
Familiarity with the Zephyr Scale test-engineering system is an added advantage.
Candidates should be able to work as part of a cross-functional Scrum team and organize work in a remote format.
Analytical thinking and attention to detail are essential.
Proficiency in Russian is a plus, but not required, and a B2 English level (both written and spoken) is necessary.
A portfolio with samples of test cases, bug reports, and code samples is required.
