We are looking for an experienced Lead Developer to join our team and drive the development of mobile and web applications using React Native.
The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality solutions.
Responsibilities include developing and maintaining mobile and web applications using React Native, integrating REST APIs and third-party plugins, building responsive UI with React Native Flexbox, implementing secure development practices in CI/CD pipelines, ensuring app deployment on both Android and iOS, handling SQL databases for data manipulation, managing version control using Git, leading small technical teams, and collaborating in cross-functional teams.
Requirements:
A minimum of 10 years of overall IT experience is required.
Candidates must have 3-5 years of experience in mobile app development.
Proven experience in React Native mobile app and web app development is essential.
Strong knowledge of CI/CD processes and embedding cyber security is necessary.
Experience with Azure/AWS infrastructure is required.
The ability to work independently and lead small teams when needed is important.
A strong problem-solving mindset and the ability to manage tech debt alongside feature delivery are required.
