• As a Lead Software Developer at BLEN, you will lead and mentor the development team, including Senior Software Developers.

Requirements:

• You must have 12+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Extensive full-stack development expertise is required, with mastery in languages such as Python, Fast API, Flask, TypesScript, Java, or Rust.
• Proven experience in designing and implementing large-scale, distributed systems is essential.
• A deep understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and their advanced services is necessary.
• You should have a strong background in AI and machine learning, including experience with large language models and modern AI frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with AI/ML technologies such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Hugging Face Transformers is required.
• You must have experience integrating AI services and APIs from major providers into production systems.
• Expertise in system architecture, design patterns, and software development best practices is needed.
• Experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure as code is essential.
• You should have a strong understanding of data modeling for relational and NoSQL databases.
• A track record of successfully leading and mentoring development teams is required.
• You must be a US Citizen or legal resident and able to work domestically, and you must be located in the United States.
• You must be able to attain low-level security clearance.
