Requirements:

  • Candidates must have 5+ years of professional experience in software development, with a proven track record in technical leadership roles.
  • A demonstrated ability to design and deliver scalable, maintainable, and secure backend or full-stack systems in production is required.
  • Experience in mentoring engineers and influencing team-level engineering practices is essential.
  • Strong command of system design principles, API development, data modeling, and asynchronous communication patterns is necessary.
  • Proficiency in modern programming languages and frameworks such as Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, or Go is required.
  • Familiarity with cloud-native development, microservices, containerization, and infrastructure-as-code concepts is expected.
