The Lead Software Engineer will drive the technical direction, architecture, and execution of key initiatives while leading a team of engineers.
This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional partners including Product Management, Design, Operations, and QA to deliver scalable, resilient, and maintainable software systems.
Responsibilities include acting as a technical leader, breaking down initiatives into milestones, managing scope and risks, tracking delivery progress, maintaining system quality, collaborating on product roadmaps, providing coaching and mentorship, participating as a hands-on developer, and being part of the on-call rotation for production support.
Requirements:
Candidates must have 8+ years of experience with C# and .NET Core.
A minimum of 4+ years of experience with JavaScript/Typescript, HTML, and CSS is required.
Candidates must have at least 4+ years of experience with Angular or React.
Over 8 years of software development experience is necessary, with extensive expertise in enterprise platform architecture in the financial services or fintech sector.
Proven experience as a Tech Lead or manager leading successful project deliveries and scaling engineering teams is essential.
Demonstrated experience in designing and implementing financial transactions, payment processing, and permission management schemes is required.
Strong knowledge of security protocols and compliance requirements in the banking industry is necessary.
Experience with cloud technologies and DevOps practices is required.
Proven leadership skills with the ability to guide and inspire engineering teams are essential.
A B.Sc. or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field is required.
