The role involves close collaboration with the CTO to architect the system, maintain and build the platform, and solve problems to enhance learning experiences.
The ideal candidate will not just implement features but will also understand the context to highlight risks, suggest alternative solutions, and bring exciting ideas to life.

The role focuses on planning and building software rather than project management, with regular interactions with other business areas to understand their challenges and provide solutions.
Responsibilities include designing and building cloud system architecture, planning and developing new app features, improving build and deployment processes, fixing bugs, and collaborating on the product roadmap.
Requirements:
Candidates must have 5+ years of experience in building, maintaining, and securing web applications, with experience in infrastructure, databases, backend, and frontend.
A minimum of 3+ years of experience working with Ruby on Rails in a commercial environment is required.
Experience in building and maintaining cloud infrastructure, preferably using AWS and Terraform, is essential.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in fluent English are necessary.
Candidates should be comfortable in a fast-paced environment, ideally with experience in a startup or scale-up.
While familiarity with specific tools is appreciated, a solid understanding of concepts is expected to facilitate quick learning.
