  • Responsibilities include coaching a team of architects, defining standards and architecture guardrails, translating technical vision into action, driving adoption of best practices, and aligning architecture with business outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Proven leadership experience in architecture roles, ideally within a Scaled Agile environment.
  • Experience with both High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD).
  • Strong experience with ArchiMate, enterprise architecture tools, and architecture modeling.
  • A confident communicator capable of bridging the gap between business and technology.
  • Ability to gain buy-in and make architecture practical rather than abstract.
  • A passion for coaching and developing team members.
