Requirements:
Proven leadership experience in architecture roles, ideally within a Scaled Agile environment.
Experience with both High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD).
Strong experience with ArchiMate, enterprise architecture tools, and architecture modeling.
A confident communicator capable of bridging the gap between business and technology.
Ability to gain buy-in and make architecture practical rather than abstract.
A passion for coaching and developing team members.
