The role involves collaborating directly with the co-founder, who is also a designer, to shape the visual foundation of Everything To Gain, including site architecture, motion design, and brand systems.
This position is ideal for a multidisciplinary designer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys various design aspects, including UX/UI, branding, and interactive design.
Candidates should be proficient in Figma, have experience with Framer, and be excited about creating animations using tools like Rive or Lottie.
Requirements:
Candidates must have 4+ years of experience in web and product design, with a strong portfolio showcasing responsive websites, branding work, and user experiences.
Expertise in Figma is required, including layouts, component systems, and prototyping.
Hands-on experience with Framer or a strong interest in building interactive web experiences is necessary.
A solid understanding of UI/UX principles, user flows, and modern design trends is essential.
Experience or familiarity with Rive, Lottie, or similar tools for micro-interactions and web animation is required.
Strong visual design skills, with an eye for typography, layout, and hierarchy, are necessary.
Candidates should be comfortable designing across digital mediums, including websites, brand assets, and social graphics.
Bonus points for experience collaborating with developers or building in Webflow or Framer directly.
A self-starter with great communication skills and a collaborative mindset is preferred.
