Description:
Design, plan, and implement advanced wireless networks using platforms like Aruba, Commscope, Ruckus, Extreme, and Meraki.
Lead complex Wi-Fi deployments to ensure optimal coverage, capacity, and performance.
Conduct advanced site surveys with tools like Ekahau or AirMagnet for accurate network planning.
Troubleshoot and optimize wireless networks, addressing interference, connectivity, and performance issues.
Provide tier 3 support for complex wireless network problems.
Lead and mentor a team of 30 lower-level infrastructure engineers in wireless network design and troubleshooting.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate wireless networks with existing infrastructure.
Implement wireless security protocols like WPA3 and RADIUS.
Create and maintain detailed documentation for network designs and troubleshooting procedures.
Provide regular reports on network performance and incidents to senior management.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience in Wi-Fi implementation, design, and troubleshooting with Aruba, Commscope, Ruckus, Extreme, and Meraki platforms.
CWNE or CWNP certification, CCNA Wireless certification.
Experience leading engineering teams and managing complex wireless network projects.
Proficiency in using Ekahau and AirMagnet for wireless network analysis.
Strong knowledge of wireless standards and best practices.
Excellent leadership, team management, problem-solving, and communication skills.
