Description:
Design, plan, and implement advanced wireless networks using platforms like Aruba, Commscope, Ruckus, Extreme, and Meraki.
Lead complex Wi-Fi deployments to ensure optimal coverage, capacity, and performance in various environments.
Conduct advanced site surveys with tools like Ekahau or AirMagnet for accurate wireless network planning.
Troubleshoot advanced wireless network issues including interference, connectivity, and performance problems.
Optimize wireless network configurations for enhanced performance, security, and reliability.
Provide tier 3 support for complex wireless network issues.
Lead and mentor a team of 30 lower-level infrastructure engineers in wireless network design and troubleshooting.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate wireless networks with existing infrastructure.
Implement and manage wireless security protocols like WPA3 and RADIUS.
Create and maintain detailed documentation for wireless network designs and troubleshooting procedures.
Provide regular reports on network performance, incidents, and project progress to senior management.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience in Wi-Fi implementation, design, and troubleshooting with Aruba, Commscope, Ruckus, Extreme, and Meraki platforms.
Certified Wireless Network Expert (CWNE) or Certified Wireless Network Professional (CWNP).
Cisco Certified Network Associate Wireless (CCNA Wireless).
Relevant certifications in Aruba, Commscope, Ruckus, Extreme, or Meraki platforms are highly desirable.
Expertise in using wireless network analysis tools like Ekahau and AirMagnet.
In-depth knowledge of wireless standards (e.g., 802.11a/b/g/n/ac/ax).
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and communication skills.
