Remote Machine Learning / AI Developer

Description:

• We are seeking experienced Developers with strong Machine Learning and AI expertise to join our dynamic, remote-first team.
• In this role, you will design, develop, and deploy intelligent systems and ML-powered features that drive real-world impact.
• You will design, develop, and deploy machine learning and AI solutions for scalable products and tools.
• You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ML models into production systems.
• You will build and optimize data pipelines and APIs for training, inference, and monitoring.
• You will continuously evaluate model performance and improve accuracy and reliability.
• You will maintain clean, scalable, and well-documented code.
• Proficiency in Python (or a similar programming language) is required.
• Hands-on experience with ML/AI frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn is necessary.
• An understanding of data science workflows, model training, and evaluation is essential.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) is expected.
• You must have the ability to work independently in a remote, agile environment.

Requirements:

• You must have experience with NLP, recommendation systems, or generative AI.
• Familiarity with MLOps tools, CI/CD practices, and containerized deployments is preferred.
• A background in software engineering, data science, or applied mathematics is beneficial.
