Description:

  • We are looking for a Machine Learning Architect to collaborate with Data Scientists and the AI/ML community across Business Units (BUs), Data Engineering, Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), and technical leads.
  • The role involves evangelizing and translating business problems into scalable Machine Learning (ML) solutions across the client.
  • Responsibilities include defining model serving strategies such as batch, real-time, and streaming inference.
  • The architect will design and implement a Machine Learning Experimentation Platform, Hyperparameter Optimization (HPO), standardization of ML pipelines, and ML Metadata Storage.
  • The position requires developing and maintaining a feature repository, model governance, and compliance.
  • The architect will build and own the ML Portfolio based on the needs of the BUs.
  • Support for ML Infrastructure will be provided as an administrator on Databricks, Snowflake, and Sagemaker.
  • The role includes owning and publishing best practices.

Requirements:

  • Candidates must have 7+ years of experience in Machine Learning or related roles.
  • A strong background in ML System Architecture and Design is required.
  • Experience with supervised and unsupervised learning, classical ML techniques (e.g., time series, statistical modeling), and survival analysis is essential.
  • Proven work with churn prediction, sales forecasting, and user journey models using behavioral data is necessary.
  • Candidates should be skilled in data prediction and trend analysis, with the ability to understand model needs and their connection to business impact.
  • Hands-on experience with Databricks, Snowflake, and/or AWS SageMaker is required.
  • Solid experience in performance optimization and model monitoring in production environments is necessary.
  • Candidates must be comfortable working with and enhancing existing models as well as building them from scratch.
