Remote Machine Learning Engineer (Diffusion / Vision)

Description:

• The role is for a Machine Learning Engineer focusing on Diffusion and Vision, aimed at transforming visual models into real-world applications.
• This is a remote position based in Indonesia, collaborating closely with the headquarters in Malaysia and cross-functional regional teams.
• The engineer will work across the stack, from backend logic and integration to frontend delivery, building intelligent systems that scale quickly and have significant impact.
• Responsibilities include fine-tuning state-of-the-art models, designing evaluation frameworks, and bringing AI features into production to ensure models are intelligent, safe, trustworthy, and impactful at scale.
• Key tasks involve training and customizing diffusion models, curating large-scale image datasets, developing evaluation pipelines, optimizing performance, deploying features into production, and collaborating with product and design teams.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have strong experience with diffusion models and generative vision technologies such as Stable Diffusion, SDXL, and Flux.
• Hands-on skills with DreamBooth, LoRA/QLoRA, and fine-tuning methods are required.
• Proficiency in PyTorch is preferred.
• Experience in dataset preparation, including captioning, tagging, filtering, and augmentation, is necessary.
• Knowledge of GPU optimization, latent diffusion, and efficient training techniques is essential.
• A strong foundation in software engineering, algorithms, and clean code practices is required.
