The Finance Analytics & Insights (FA&I) team is transforming Finance operations by embedding AI/ML into decision-making processes.
The team is building intelligent, scalable data products for use cases such as forecasting, anomaly detection, case summarization, and agentic automation.
The role is for a highly motivated and analytically strong ML Engineer to support the development and scaling of AI/ML-powered data products that drive strategic insights across Finance.
As an IC3-level individual contributor, the ML Engineer will work closely with the Data Product Manager and Insights Analyst to build AI/ML solutions that deliver measurable business value.
Key responsibilities include designing, building, and deploying machine learning models, partnering with the Insights Analyst for feature engineering and exploratory data analysis, and collaborating with the Data Product Manager to align model development with product strategy.
The ML Engineer will also manage the Databricks instance for the FA&I team, ensuring models are production-ready, scalable, and maintainable, and contribute to agile product development processes.
Requirements:
Candidates must have 3–5 years of experience in machine learning engineering, data science, or applied AI roles.
Strong proficiency in Python and ML libraries such as scikit-learn, XGBoost, TensorFlow, and PyTorch is required.
A solid understanding of feature engineering, model evaluation, and MLOps practices is necessary.
Experience working with large datasets using SQL and Snowflake is essential.
Familiarity with Databricks for model development and orchestration is required.
Candidates should have experience with CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), and ML workflow tools.
The ability to translate business problems into ML solutions and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders is important.
Experience working in agile teams and collaborating with product managers, analysts, and engineers is required.
