The candidate will design and develop novel machine learning algorithms and deep learning applications for Gensyn, potentially from scratch or by enhancing existing systems.
The position requires partnering with researchers and production engineers to design and run novel experiments, transitioning research from theory to production.
Requirements:
A strong background in applied machine learning or engineering is essential.
Candidates must be comfortable working in an experimental environment with high autonomy and unpredictable timelines.
A proven background in training, retraining, inference, or machine learning systems is required.
Impeccable analytical and problem-solving skills are necessary.
Familiarity with data structures and software architecture is expected.
Preferred qualifications include experience in building highly performant, distributed systems and a demonstrated background in developing or implementing novel machine learning research.
Experience in developing mission-critical, highly complex production systems, particularly in improving fault tolerance and crash recovery, is also preferred.
It is nice to have experience working in a startup or scaleup environment.
