As a Machine Learning Engineer II / AI Engineer in NextGen, you will be part of a cross-functional team that develops new AI-powered listening experiences.
Your responsibilities will include rapidly prototyping and shipping AI-driven recommendation experiences, exploring new AI models and tools, and collaborating with various teams to bring ideas from concept to launch.

Requirements:
You should be a full-stack AI prototyper with experience in building projects using modern AI tools and iterating based on feedback.
A strong understanding of the AI ecosystem is essential, including active participation in online communities and familiarity with open-source repositories.
You must have a working knowledge of machine learning fundamentals and hands-on experience with programming languages such as Python, Java, or Scala, as well as modern ML frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow.
Experience in fine-tuning and evaluating large language models (LLMs) is required, along with knowledge of integrating LLMs into autonomous workflows.
You should have extensive experience in crafting and testing prompts to optimize results from LLMs.
A critical eye for reviewing AI-generated code for correctness and quality is necessary.
You may have formal education in AI or have self-taught through practical experience and curiosity.
