SkySlope is seeking a Machine Learning Engineer III to design, train, and deploy models that enhance intelligent features for real estate professionals.
The role involves integrating models into production systems, building APIs, and ensuring reliability at scale.
Responsibilities include owning the full ML lifecycle, building models for NLP and intelligent document parsing, and designing scalable APIs and infrastructure.
The engineer will write unit and integration tests, lead code and design reviews, and debug production issues while participating in an on-call rotation.
The position requires staying current on AI research and mentoring junior engineers to foster a collaborative team culture.
Requirements:
Candidates must have 5 or more years of software engineering experience, with at least 2 years in applied machine learning.
A proven track record of shipping ML products in production and supporting them operationally is required.
Applicants should possess a builder’s mindset, being comfortable with ambiguity and evolving specifications.
Clear communication skills with both technical and non-technical partners are essential, including the ability to explain models and trade-offs.
Curiosity, ownership, and a drive to take ideas from concept to release are necessary traits for this role.
Benefits:
The position offers a salary range of $150,000 - $160,000 per year.
