The Machine Learning Engineer will work with research engineers to build infrastructure for research operations and automate the training and optimization of ML models for real-time inference in computer vision applications.
Responsibilities include writing frameworks for quick prototyping, building robust ML pipelines for large datasets, optimizing trainings using deep learning frameworks, and designing APIs for automating training and validation of ML models.
Requirements:
Candidates must have 5+ years of experience in a directly related field.
Experience with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Jax is required.
Candidates should have experience in building distributed, scalable software as a service.
Proficiency in Python is necessary.
A proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment is essential.
Candidates must be able to communicate complex technical concepts to various audiences.
Introspection, thoughtfulness, and detail-orientation are important traits for this role.
A Master’s or Ph.D. in Math, Computer Science, or a related field is a plus but not required.
Experience in learning and implementing techniques from research papers and computer vision experience are also considered advantageous.
