Key tasks include fine-tuning and adapting models using LoRA/QLoRA, engineering prompts and curating data, evaluating models with metrics pipelines, deploying and monitoring models in production, and collaborating with product, engineering, and design teams to launch user-facing AI features.
Requirements:
Candidates must have strong experience in transformers, deep learning, and fine-tuning methods such as LoRA/QLoRA, SFT, and distillation.
Proficiency in PyTorch is preferred, but experience with TensorFlow is also acceptable.
Skills in prompt engineering and dataset curation for alignment with tone, safety, and trust are required.
Familiarity with evaluation metrics including perplexity, toxicity, and relevance is necessary.
A strong foundation in software engineering, including algorithms, data structures, and clean code practices, is essential.
