DigitalFish is seeking a Machine Learning Engineer with expertise in NeRF (Neural Radiance Fields) and Gaussian Splatting.
The role involves developing and implementing state-of-the-art neural radiance field models for applications such as novel view synthesis, 3D reconstruction, and relighting.
The candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate these models into existing systems and products.
Responsibilities include designing and implementing efficient algorithms for training and deploying neural radiance field models, evaluating their performance, and identifying areas for improvement.
The engineer will write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code while prioritizing usability, maintainability, scalability, and ease of debugging.
Collaboration with researchers and software engineers is essential.
Requirements:
A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field is required.
A strong background in computer vision, machine learning, and deep learning is necessary.
Experience with neural radiance fields and techniques such as volume rendering, Gaussian splatting, and differentiable rendering is essential.
Proficiency in Python and experience with deep learning frameworks like PyTorch are required.
Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills are necessary.
Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills are essential.
Demonstrated successful collaboration with teams from varying domains and backgrounds is required.
Familiarity with basic computer vision concepts, including depth estimation and multiple view geometry, is necessary.
Experience with large-scale dataset processing and management is preferred.
Knowledge of C++ and experience with real-time graphics programming is a plus.
Experience with building and maintaining ML infrastructure is preferred.

The annual compensation includes equity based on qualifications.
The salary range for this position is $125,000 to $150,000 plus equity, depending on qualifications.
The base pay will consider internal parity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
