This position is for a Machine Learning Engineer at PairSoft, a rapidly growing tech company in India.
The role involves scaling and deploying ML and Generative AI solutions on cloud platforms to drive performance, efficiency, and automation.
Responsibilities include developing and scaling end-to-end MLOps pipelines, automating processes for model training, deployment, retraining, and monitoring to ensure stability in production.
The engineer will optimize compute, storage, and networking resources for scalable and efficient AI workloads.
The position requires leveraging cloud ML platforms such as Azure ML and Oracle OCI AI Services.
Integration of tools for observability, performance tracking, and system monitoring is also part of the job.
The engineer will test and iterate on GenAI deployment strategies to enhance performance and operational reliability.
Requirements:
A minimum of 3 years’ experience in MLOps, model deployment, and cloud-based AI infrastructure is required.
Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
Strong proficiency in Python for machine learning development and automation is essential.
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, especially Azure and/or Oracle Cloud, is necessary.
Familiarity with MLOps tools like MLflow, Kubeflow, CI/CD, Docker, and Kubernetes is required.
Experience in monitoring, tuning, and scaling ML models in production environments is needed.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams are important.
A self-starter mindset, adaptable to new technologies and fast-paced challenges, is expected.
Experience with GenAI is a plus, though not required.
