The Machine Learning Engineer will be part of a team passionate about large-scale data systems, utilizing technologies such as Snowflake, Kubernetes, Kafka, and Python.
Responsibilities include designing, developing, and deploying machine learning systems at scale, collaborating with product managers and engineering teams, and exploring generative AI technologies.
The role also involves ensuring models are explainable and maintainable, contributing to architectural decisions, and participating in the engineering on-call rotation.
Requirements:
Candidates should have 5+ years of experience as a machine learning engineer, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.
Strong proficiency in Python is required.
Proficiency with advanced SQL querying and knowledge of data warehouse environments like Snowflake is necessary.
Experience with modern ML and data tooling such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, Spark, and MLFlow is expected.
Experience in implementing and scaling LLMs or foundation models in production is a plus.
Candidates should have experience working with data pipelines that support multi-tenant usages with various databases for large applications.
A theoretical understanding of statistical and machine learning algorithms is required, evidenced by a degree in mathematics, computer science, or a related discipline.
