They are seeking staff or senior staff machine learning scientists to enhance the design and delivery of machine learning models, probabilistic forecasts, and insights dashboards.

Responsibilities include influencing product direction through research insights, formulating novel machine learning solutions for the energy domain, and evaluating performance metrics of machine learning models.
Requirements:
A passion for clean energy and combating climate change is essential.
Candidates must possess an advanced degree in computer science, data science, machine learning, artificial intelligence, operations research, engineering, or a related quantitative discipline.
A minimum of 4 years of experience in data science, research science, or machine learning, specifically with deep learning, graph neural networks, or reinforcement learning techniques applied to time series regression and forecasting problems is required.
At least 2 years of experience in the electricity and energy domain, such as electricity price forecasting or congestion prediction, is necessary.
Candidates should have 3+ years of experience with Python and related computational science tools (e.g., numpy, scipy, pandas, scikit-learn, tensorflow).
Experience in developing, releasing, and tracking the performance of machine learning models in production is required.
Strong communication skills to convey mathematical concepts and data-driven insights to both technical and non-technical audiences are essential.
A collaborative mindset with a willingness to teach and learn from others is expected.
