The Machine Learning Tech Lead will oversee the development and deployment of cutting-edge AI solutions while managing a team of 5-10 engineers.

Responsibilities include leading and managing a team, driving the roadmap for machine learning projects, coordinating cross-functional efforts, designing and developing LLMs and other machine learning models, evaluating and implementing LLM techniques for NLP tasks, staying updated on advancements in LLMs, architecting scalable ML solutions using AWS services, optimizing models and data pipelines, overseeing the entire ML lifecycle, implementing MLOps and LLMOps practices, conducting code reviews, facilitating team growth, and communicating with stakeholders.
Requirements:
Proven experience with LLMs and NLP frameworks such as Hugging Face, OpenAI, or Anthropic models is required.
Strong expertise in AWS Cloud Services is essential.
Candidates must have strong experience in ML/AI, including at least 2 years in a leadership role.
Hands-on experience with Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and model optimization is necessary.
Familiarity with MLOps tools and best practices is required.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities are essential.
Strong communication skills and the ability to lead cross-functional teams are necessary.
A passion for mentoring and developing engineers is required.
