• The company is seeking an entrepreneurial, results-driven individual to lead its US operations as Country Head/Managing Director.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have at least 7 years of experience in leading management consultancy at the intersection of business and technology, particularly in data, AI, and analytics.
• A charismatic leader with a proven track record in establishing, maintaining, and growing commercial relationships in data, AI, and analytics services is required.
• Familiarity with the US business landscape and the ability to leverage an existing network of decision-makers is essential.
• Candidates should be skilled in building and managing high-performing teams.
• The ideal candidate will be innovative in identifying and prioritizing business challenges and providing relevant solutions.
• Excellent communication skills are necessary, as the candidate will represent Unit8 externally.
• Willingness to travel up to 40%, primarily within the USA and occasionally to Switzerland, is required.
• A graduate degree in IT, computer science, engineering, business, mathematics, or natural sciences is necessary.
• An entrepreneurial spirit with a “can-do mentality” is essential.
• Candidates must be based in New York City or Boston, Massachusetts.
