We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Marketing Analytics & RevOps Lead to drive data-driven reporting and ensure accurate tracking across our diverse portfolio of clients.
The role involves implementing, managing, and optimizing analytics and tracking setups across various platforms, as well as providing clear and actionable insights to improve campaign performance and client understanding.
A deep understanding of web analytics, advertising platform tracking, and data integration is required, along with the ability to communicate complex technical information clearly.
This is a full-time role, requiring 40 hours a week, with flexible location but needs to overlap with US hours.
The position is with Single Grain, an award-winning digital marketing agency that has been helping companies like Amazon, Uber, and Salesforce grow since 2009.
Requirements:
Candidates should have 3β5 years of experience owning marketing analytics and RevOps at a SaaS, agency, or tech-enabled services organization.
Proficiency in Looker (or Power BI), BigQuery, SQL, GA4, and HubSpot is required.
Proven skills in Python or JavaScript for data wrangling and API work are necessary.
Hands-on experience deploying GPT-4/Claude/agentic workflows in production is preferred.
Extensive experience in setting up and managing conversion tracking within various advertising platforms is essential.
Candidates must demonstrate the ability to set up and manage offline conversion tracking solutions.
Fluency in HubSpot, Shopify, Salesforce, and WooCommerce platforms, along with a strong understanding of their data structures and APIs, is required.
Experience in integrating data between advertising platforms and CRM/eCommerce platforms is necessary.
Proficiency in data visualization and reporting tools, particularly in building Looker reports, is essential.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, along with strong attention to detail, are required.
Candidates should possess excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
