• The Marketing Automation Email Developer is responsible for the technical development, quality assurance, and optimization of email marketing campaigns.
• This role requires expertise in building complex email components and managing automation workflows.
• Responsibilities include developing, testing, and deploying high-quality, error-free marketing emails, building and optimizing complex email automation workflows, managing multiple projects, conducting thorough Quality Assurance (QA) on email builds, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have 5 to 7 years of email development experience, preferably in B2B/Outlook.
• Expertise in HTML and CSS for email development is required, with the ability to code from scratch without a WYSIWYG editor.
• Experience with marketing automation platforms such as Eloqua, Marketo, or SFMC is necessary.
• Advanced email coding skills, including dynamic content, Custom Data Objects (CDOs), and complex forms, are essential.
• Proficiency in Adobe Dreamweaver for a minimum of one year is required.
• Candidates should have strong QA skills for ensuring error-free emails and automation workflows.
• Basic knowledge of JavaScript is a plus.
• Strong project management and organization skills are necessary, including the ability to manage multiple projects and shift priorities seamlessly.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills are required, along with being self-motivated and adaptable.
• Familiarity with coding responsive emails for optimal rendering in Microsoft Outlook and troubleshooting rendering issues across all desktop and mobile clients is essential.
• Experience testing emails in Litmus or Email on Acid is required.
• Familiarity with creating and utilizing field merges, dynamic content, and shared filters in Eloqua is necessary.
