We are seeking a Marketing Data Analyst to develop performance dashboards, analyze campaign effectiveness, and uncover audience insights that fuel personalized marketing strategies.
The role involves working cross-functionally with our marketing, product, and commercial teams to measure engagement across our digital channels, including website, email, social, and paid media.
Key responsibilities include building and maintaining dashboards and reports to track KPIs across digital marketing channels (web, email, social, search, and campaigns).
The analyst will analyze user behavior, campaign effectiveness, and conversion rates to provide actionable insights.
The position requires leveraging Salesforce Data Cloud and Marketing Cloud to segment audiences, define personas, and support targeted campaign development.
Implementing and managing UTM tagging strategies to ensure consistent and accurate campaign tracking is essential.
The analyst will support A/B testing efforts and interpret performance outcomes to guide marketing decisions.
Collaboration with the content, design, and media teams to optimize campaigns for performance and ROI is expected.
Presenting findings and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders is a key part of the role.
Requirements:
A minimum of 3 years of experience in a marketing analytics, business intelligence, or similar data role is required.
Proficiency with marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Tableau, and Power BI is necessary.
A Google Analytics certification (GA4 preferred) is required.
Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and segmentation/audience tools is essential.
Hands-on experience managing UTM parameters and link tagging best practices is needed.
A strong understanding of web, email, and campaign KPIs and attribution models is required.
The ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights is necessary.
Excellent communication and storytelling skills using data are required.
