The role involves using SQL and other tools to perform data analysis on incentive programs related to agent and district manager performance.
Responsibilities include writing work request tickets for data engineering partners to establish necessary data pipelines for incentive programs.
The analyst will develop validations in SQL to ensure that data pipelines created by IT are functioning correctly.
The position requires producing cost estimates for proposed incentive programs based on historical data from the data warehouse.
The analyst will become a subject matter expert on the SQL Server data warehouse and assist in maintaining an organized shared data storage environment.
The role includes analyzing demographics and consumer research to improve customer experience and marketing effectiveness.
The analyst will design and analyze research studies to understand consumer behaviors and recommend improvements.
Responsibilities also include collecting, cleaning, and organizing data for processing and analysis, as well as creating impactful data visualizations.
Requirements:
A minimum of 1-3 years of work experience is required, with a preferred experience of 4-6 years.
A Bachelor’s degree is required for this position.
Advanced English communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential.
Proficiency in Power BI and SQL at an advanced level is required.
Intermediate knowledge of data warehouse concepts is necessary.
Entry-level skills in Python and Excel are also required.
The candidate must be able to perform data analysis using Python (pandas, numpy), SQL (CTEs, window functions), Excel (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables), and Power BI.
