  • The team communicates with business partners in fluent English to understand their needs and translate those needs into technical actions.
  • The role involves using SQL and other tools to perform data analysis on incentive programs related to agent and district manager performance.
  • Responsibilities include writing work request tickets for data engineering partners to establish necessary data pipelines for incentive programs.
  • The analyst will develop validations in SQL to ensure that data pipelines created by IT are functioning correctly.
  • The position requires producing cost estimates for proposed incentive programs based on historical data from the data warehouse.
  • The analyst will become a subject matter expert on the SQL Server data warehouse and assist in maintaining an organized shared data storage environment.
  • The role includes analyzing demographics and consumer research to improve customer experience and marketing effectiveness.
  • The analyst will design and analyze research studies to understand consumer behaviors and recommend improvements.
  • Responsibilities also include collecting, cleaning, and organizing data for processing and analysis, as well as creating impactful data visualizations.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 1-3 years of work experience is required, with a preferred experience of 4-6 years.
  • A Bachelor’s degree is required for this position.
  • Advanced English communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential.
  • Proficiency in Power BI and SQL at an advanced level is required.
  • Intermediate knowledge of data warehouse concepts is necessary.
  • Entry-level skills in Python and Excel are also required.
  • The candidate must be able to perform data analysis using Python (pandas, numpy), SQL (CTEs, window functions), Excel (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables), and Power BI.
