The Marketing Analyst position will be responsible for all data and analytics functions for Ancillary Products to support sales and marketing efforts, including customer acquisition, cross-sell, retention, and profitability.
This professional will conduct analysis on product and campaign performance, customer profile/segmentation, trend analysis, opportunity identification, and profitability.
The role involves developing necessary reporting for analysis and working cross-functionally within the Direct Business Unit and across the enterprise as needed.
The analyst will represent the team on data integration projects to ensure accurate sales and marketing reporting.
Responsibilities include supporting Distribution objectives for acquisition, retention, cross-selling, profitability, and agency development through advanced analytic projects.
The position requires implementing local market planning and analysis, leveraging agent and district information for business decisions regarding opportunities and segmentation.
The analyst will assist in creating scorecards, agency development presentations for senior leadership, and campaign management reporting.
The role includes assisting with diverse projects ranging from Planning, Agency, and Segmentation to deriving actionable rules for trigger-based marketing campaigns.
Requirements:
A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree is required for this position.
English proficiency is preferred to be fluent.
Intermediate skills in Data Analysis, Mathematical Modeling, Marketing Analysis, Statistical Analysis, and Data & Systems Integration are required.
Entry-level skills in Management Reporting and Project Management are necessary.
Intermediate verbal and written communication skills are essential.
Advanced proficiency in SQL is required.
Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel and Power BI are necessary.
Entry-level skills in Microsoft PowerPoint are required.
