The analyst will utilize advanced statistical, mathematical, and data science techniques to interrogate datasets, identify patterns, correlations, and anomalies.
The position involves developing detailed reports and visual presentations to effectively communicate insights to stakeholders.
Collaboration with project teams is essential to integrate data-driven recommendations into strategic planning and decision-making.
The analyst will support project objectives by ensuring data analysis aligns with business and technical goals.
Preparing and delivering presentations summarizing findings for executive leadership and team members is also a key responsibility.
Requirements:
A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required.
Candidates must have experience with Marketplace data and tools such as New Relic, Splunk, Salesforce, Amazon Data Bricks, SAS, Snowflake, MS Power BI, Redash, or MarkLogic.
Proficiency in advanced data analysis, statistical techniques, and mathematics is necessary.
Candidates should be skilled in data manipulation to uncover trends, insights, and actionable recommendations.
Strong experience in data visualization and executive reporting using tools like MS Power BI, Redash, or Tableau is required.
Familiarity with programming and data science languages such as Python, R, SQL, Scala, or SAS is essential.
Knowledge of Big Data development, including machine learning and natural language processing (NLP), is preferred.
An understanding of the Federally Facilitated Marketplace (FFM) and the health insurance industry is important.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills are required.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with experience working collaboratively in a team environment, are necessary.
US Citizenship is required for clearance.
