We are seeking a MarTech Full-Stack Developer to join our Marketing Technology & AdTech team.
This role is at the intersection of engineering and performance marketing, focusing on building the technical foundation for campaign attribution, tracking, data flows, and landing page optimization.
Your work will directly empower growth teams with accurate data, reliable automations, and scalable infrastructure for multi-channel advertising.
You will collaborate closely with performance marketers, data scientists, and product managers to design, implement, and maintain systems that ensure seamless measurement and optimization of campaigns.
Key responsibilities include implementing and maintaining attribution models, supporting event deduplication, building server-to-server integrations with ad networks, developing APIs and middleware, and ensuring data quality and availability for analysis.
You will also automate testing and monitoring of attribution and tracking flows, debug discrepancies between internal data and ad platforms, and may build and optimize landing pages.
Requirements:
Experience integrating APIs and working with REST/webhooks is required.
Knowledge of attribution or tracking mechanisms such as pixels, UTMs, and ID-based matching is necessary.
You should have experience building or maintaining data pipelines from API/CSV to database.
Strong backend skills in Node.js, Python, or Go for APIs/middleware are essential.
Experience with serverless functions like AWS Lambda or Cloud Functions is required.
You must be able to query and work with databases, both SQL and NoSQL.
Familiarity with Git, CI/CD, and at least one cloud provider (AWS, GCP, Vercel, or Netlify) is necessary.
Experience with automated monitoring and debugging of data flows is required.
Nice-to-have skills include frontend experience with React, Next.js, or Vue.js, strong skills in HTML5, CSS3, and web performance optimization, and direct hands-on experience with MMPs like Appsflyer or Adjust.
Familiarity with ad platform APIs and knowledge of marketing automation tools and privacy regulations is also beneficial.
Soft skills required include the ability to translate marketing requirements into technical solutions, strong communication and collaboration skills with non-technical stakeholders, and being a proactive problem-solver with ownership over data accuracy and reliability.
