  • Your work will directly empower growth teams with accurate data, reliable automations, and scalable infrastructure for multi-channel advertising.
  • You will collaborate closely with performance marketers, data scientists, and product managers to design, implement, and maintain systems that ensure seamless measurement and optimization of campaigns.
  • Key responsibilities include implementing and maintaining attribution models, supporting event deduplication, building server-to-server integrations with ad networks, developing APIs and middleware, and ensuring data quality and availability for analysis.
  • You will also automate testing and monitoring of attribution and tracking flows, debug discrepancies between internal data and ad platforms, and may build and optimize landing pages.

Requirements:

  • Experience integrating APIs and working with REST/webhooks is required.
  • Knowledge of attribution or tracking mechanisms such as pixels, UTMs, and ID-based matching is necessary.
  • You should have experience building or maintaining data pipelines from API/CSV to database.
  • Strong backend skills in Node.js, Python, or Go for APIs/middleware are essential.
  • Experience with serverless functions like AWS Lambda or Cloud Functions is required.
  • You must be able to query and work with databases, both SQL and NoSQL.

  • Experience with automated monitoring and debugging of data flows is required.
  • Nice-to-have skills include frontend experience with React, Next.js, or Vue.js, strong skills in HTML5, CSS3, and web performance optimization, and direct hands-on experience with MMPs like Appsflyer or Adjust.
  • Familiarity with ad platform APIs and knowledge of marketing automation tools and privacy regulations is also beneficial.
  • Soft skills required include the ability to translate marketing requirements into technical solutions, strong communication and collaboration skills with non-technical stakeholders, and being a proactive problem-solver with ownership over data accuracy and reliability.

Benefits:

  • This position offers a full-time, permanent contract.
  • You will enjoy flexible time off with no blackout dates, plus your birthday, Christmas Eve, and New Year’s Eve off.
  • Remote work is available, allowing you to choose your preferred work environment.

  • An enhanced career path designed specifically for you and an external training budget are included.
  • The company celebrates all significant company landmarks, fostering a positive work culture.
