Description:

• Quisitive is seeking a Microsoft Dynamics CE Solutions Architect with a focus on healthcare to join their Customer Excellence team.
• This role is remote and can be located anywhere in the United States or Canada.
• The Solutions Architect will lead the design and delivery of complex Dynamics 365 CE solutions tailored to healthcare clients.
• Responsibilities include understanding unique client needs, regulatory requirements, and operational workflows.
• The role involves leading full lifecycle Dynamics CE projects, translating healthcare business requirements into compliant solutions, and ensuring alignment with data privacy and security standards.
• The Solutions Architect will also review Functional Requirements Documents, provide quality assurance during build and deployment, and support sales discovery efforts.
• Mentoring consultants and contributing to internal knowledge sharing are key aspects of the position.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have proven experience designing and implementing Dynamics CE solutions specifically for healthcare organizations.
• Familiarity with healthcare workflows such as patient intake, provider management, and care coordination is essential.
• An understanding of healthcare compliance standards, including HIPAA, HL7, and FHIR, is required.
• Experience integrating Dynamics CE with EHR/EMR systems or healthcare data platforms is necessary.
• Deep functional and technical knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE is a must.
• Candidates should have experience leading multiple enterprise-level implementations.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills are required.
• The ability to work independently and collaboratively across global teams is essential.
• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, Azure, and related technologies is a plus.
• Experience working within the Microsoft partner network is preferred.
• Candidates must be willing to travel for required meetings.
• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required.
