  • Foley is seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics CRM Solutions Architect to lead the design, implementation, and administration of their on-premise CRM Platform while also supporting cloud-based and hybrid solutions.
  • The role involves working with cross-functional Scrum teams to deliver new products, features, and workflow enhancements for internal and external customers.
  • The position is remote, open to applicants residing in specific states including AZ, CT, FL, GA, IL, IN, MA, NE, NH, NJ, NY, NC, PA, SC, TN, TX, and WI.
  • The compensation for this position starts at $115,000.
  • The successful candidate will be expected to foster an environment of safety, collaboration, and learning within the development organization.
  • Key responsibilities include developing and maintaining CRM solutions, establishing best practices, collaborating with teams, ensuring platform health and security, and mentoring team members.

Requirements:

  • Candidates must have 5+ years of experience in a similar role managing, administering, or architecting Microsoft Dynamics CRM, including both on-premise and cloud versions.
  • A deep understanding of custom entities, workflows, business rules, and plugins within Dynamics CRM is required.
  • Hands-on experience with Dynamics CRM upgrades, migrations, and integrations across heterogeneous systems is essential.
  • A proven track record of working in an Agile/Scrum environment is necessary, with active contributions to sprint planning, refinement, and retrospectives.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills are required to articulate complex ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience with the Microsoft technology stack (e.g., .NET/C#, SQL Server, Azure) is preferred.
  • A problem-solving mentality and an appetite for innovation are essential traits for candidates.
  • A positive attitude and team spirit, with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a rapidly changing environment, are also required.
