Axur is seeking a Mid-Level Java Developer to join their Engineering team, which focuses on delivering external cybersecurity solutions.
The role involves contributing to the maintenance and evolution of systems in the Digital Fraud & Online Piracy squads.
Developers will work in a fully remote environment, collaborating with a team that values clean code and continuous improvement.
Daily tasks may include contributing to system stability, developing new features, collaborating on architectural discussions, working with REST APIs and RabbitMQ, supporting operations, and participating in code reviews.
Requirements:
Fluency in Portuguese is required, as the Engineering team primarily communicates in this language.
Technical proficiency in English, mainly in reading and writing, is necessary.
Candidates must have previous experience with Java development in production environments.
The position is aimed at mid-level Java Developers who can work autonomously and collaborate effectively.
Familiarity with microservices architecture and REST APIs is essential.
A solid understanding of object-oriented programming principles and clean code practices is required.
Experience with message queues, particularly RabbitMQ, is necessary.
Knowledge of cloud services, preferably AWS, is important.
A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required.
Experience with Spring Framework, JUnit, Maven, Docker, and Git is necessary.
Basic knowledge of Python or Kotlin is a plus.
Familiarity with infrastructure as code, CI/CD, and test-driven development is advantageous.
