We are seeking a Mid-Level Software Engineer (IC3) to contribute to high-impact initiatives, implement robust solutions across our products and platform, and actively learn from and collaborate with experienced engineers to grow technical skills.
Key contributions include developing and enhancing features for enterprise-grade APIs, web applications, and dashboards, contributing to the expansion of design systems, working on new data supplier integrations, and improving features based on existing data models.
In the first month, you will become familiar with our mission, business model, and product offerings, get to know your team members, understand our software development lifecycle, and contribute to at least one roadmap feature.
In the first quarter, you will understand how your work contributes to business goals, collaborate effectively within your engineering team, take ownership of defined features, and deepen your knowledge of specific product areas.
In the first year, you will become proficient in your product vertical, successfully deliver multiple features, contribute to team discussions, solidify your understanding of engineering practices, and expand your technical skillset.
Requirements:
Candidates must have 3+ years of relevant experience, ideally in a fast-paced or product-driven environment.
Proficiency with technologies and tools related to our tech stack, including Node.js, React, TypeScript, Python, PostgreSQL, and AWS, is required.
A growth-minded attitude and eagerness to learn, adapting quickly to new challenges and priorities in a dynamic environment, are essential.
Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders are necessary.
Benefits:
The compensation for this position ranges from $177,000 to $204,300 USD/year or $157,619 to $181,929 CAD/year, depending on individual experience, skills, education, location, and qualifications.
