  • The role involves ensuring the quality of software products throughout the development life-cycle in an Agile environment.
  • Responsibilities include participating in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives, with a focus on championing quality.
  • Key activities include identifying regression scenarios from functional test cases and automating them, designing and maintaining automated scripts, collaborating with development teams, generating test data, testing REST APIs, and developing automation frameworks.
  • The position requires exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to prepare release notes and documentation for various audiences.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required.
  • Candidates must have 3+ years of experience in quality assurance, specifically in automation testing.
  • Proficiency in at least one programming language, preferably C#, is necessary.
  • Experience with CI tools such as Azure DevOps, Gitlab, or Github is required.
  • A strong understanding of Agile methodologies and demonstrable experience in Agile environments is essential.
  • Familiarity with front-end automation testing tools like Playwright is needed.
  • Candidates should have experience with version control systems like Git and an understanding of Accessibility principles.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail are required.
  • The ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment is essential.
