Remote Mid-Senior Data Analyst

• We are seeking a highly skilled Mid-Senior Data Analyst to join our team.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for transforming raw data into actionable business insights, building interactive dashboards, and developing reporting solutions to support strategic decision-making.

• Key responsibilities include collecting, cleaning, and analyzing data from multiple sources, developing and maintaining interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI or similar BI tools, creating compelling data visualizations, performing advanced data analysis, collaborating with stakeholders, ensuring data accuracy, building and maintaining data models, and providing analytical insights for decision-making.
• Additional responsibilities involve designing and implementing reporting frameworks, automating recurring reports, creating real-time dashboards, maintaining existing reporting infrastructure, and providing training and support to end users.

Requirements:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field is required.
• Candidates must have 3–5 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or reporting roles.
• Proven experience delivering end-to-end data projects is essential.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken, are required.
• Strong proficiency with Power BI is required, along with expertise in DAX and Power Query for advanced development.
• Proficiency in Python or R for data analysis and automation is necessary.
• Experience with ETL tools and processes is required.
• Knowledge of cloud data services such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is important.
• Familiarity with API integrations and data connectivity is needed.
• Experience with data warehousing concepts and dimensional modeling is required.
• A strong understanding of data quality management is essential.
• Familiarity with data governance frameworks and compliance standards is necessary.
• Knowledge of data security and privacy best practices is required.
