Requirements:

• Candidates must have good knowledge of Ruby language and Rails framework with at least 3 years of experience.
• A strong understanding of SQL is required.
• Candidates should be able to take tasks from requirements to deployment.
• Experience working within distributed, multidisciplinary teams is necessary.
• The ability to design and build scalable, high-availability mission-critical systems and APIs is essential.
• High attention to detail is required.
• Candidates must be able to design and implement clear and scalable project structures.
• Experience with test-driven development and the ability to create and maintain a useful test suite is necessary.
• Fluency in speaking and writing English is required, and fluency in Polish is a must.
