Growe is looking for a Middle Network Engineer to architect, deploy, and maintain secure and scalable network infrastructure across multiple office and remote environments.
The role involves configuring and supporting Fortinet FortiGate firewalls, including VPNs, policies, profiles, and HA clusters.
The engineer will design and administer enterprise Wi-Fi environments using Aruba Central, which includes AP provisioning, SSID management, security enforcement, and client diagnostics.
Responsibilities also include managing core network infrastructure such as VLANs, DHCP, static and dynamic routing, and Layer 2/3 switching, primarily using Cisco and Aruba equipment.
The position requires maintaining Windows Server environments, including file services, clustering, failover, and patching.
The engineer will implement and maintain Zabbix for infrastructure monitoring, alerting, and reporting across servers, network appliances, and critical services.
Collaboration with security and compliance teams is essential to ensure that the infrastructure aligns with regulatory and internal security policies.
Requirements:
Candidates must have 3+ years of experience as a Network Engineer.
Expert-level configuration of FortiGate firewalls is required, including NAT, IPS/IDS, VPNs, web filtering, and HA.
Experience in the administration of Aruba enterprise Wi-Fi, including Aruba Central, AP deployment, and RF tuning is necessary.
A strong knowledge of Cisco switches, VLAN design, ACLs, and inter-VLAN routing is essential.
Candidates should possess a deep understanding of TCP/IP, QoS, DHCP, DNS, and routing protocols, with OSPF and BGP being a plus.
Administration experience with Windows Server environments (2016/2019/2022), including patching, DFS, clustering, and backup strategies is required.
Experience with PowerShell scripting for automation and management is necessary.
Strong hands-on experience with Zabbix, including template customization, alerting, discovery rules, SNMP, and proxy configuration is required.
Proven success in managing infrastructure for 1000+ endpoints and 1,000+ users is essential.
