Remote Middle/Senior Machine Learning Engineer (GenAI)

• Develop an experimentation roadmap and set up a reproducible experimentation environment.
• Monitor and maintain ML models in production to ensure optimal performance.
• Write clear and comprehensive documentation for ML models, processes, and pipelines.
• Stay updated with the latest developments in ML and AI and propose innovative solutions.

Requirements:

• You must be comfortable with standard ML algorithms and the underlying math.
• Strong hands-on experience with LLMs in production, RAG architecture, and agentic systems is required.
• AWS Bedrock experience is strongly preferred.
• You should have practical experience with solving classification and regression tasks, including feature engineering.
• Practical experience with ML models in production is necessary.
• Experience with one or more use cases from NLP, LLMs, and Recommendation engines is required.
• Solid software engineering skills are essential, including the ability to produce well-structured modules, not just notebook scripts.
• Expertise in Python and Docker is required.
• A strong Intermediate level of English is necessary.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are essential.
