Anyscale is seeking a ML / AI Enablement Engineer to assist developers and technical teams in learning how to build, deploy, and scale modern machine learning and AI systems in production.
The role requires hands-on experience in ML engineering, MLOps, or AI infrastructure, with a passion for education, enablement, and real-world impact.
Responsibilities include designing and delivering training materials such as interactive labs, instructor-led workshops, certification programs, and short-form videos that cover foundational and advanced concepts of scalable ML/AI systems.
The engineer will also serve as an instructor and technical educator, facilitating training sessions and workshops for customers, prospects, and the open-source Ray community.
Collaboration with engineers across various groups is essential to ensure that the training content reflects real-world architectures, production challenges, and best practices.
Requirements:
Candidates must have 2β5 years of experience in ML engineering, MLOps, or AI infrastructure roles.
Proficiency in Python and comfort with ML/AI frameworks such as PyTorch, Hugging Face Transformers, or TensorFlow is required.
Experience with distributed computing tools or frameworks, including Ray, Spark, Dask, or Kubernetes, is necessary.
Familiarity with modern ML/AI systems topics, including multi-node or multi-GPU training, model deployment, scalable inference, workflow orchestration, and reproducible pipelines is expected.
Strong communication and teaching skills are essential, with the ability to convey complex ML/AI topics clearly.
Comfort with live technical instruction, both virtual and in-person, is required.
