Aibidia is seeking a skilled ML/Ops Engineer to join the Research and Development team to enhance Aibidia's solutions.
The company is focused on revolutionizing cross-border business management through its SaaS platform.
The role involves working with major clients such as Nokia, Dyson, Bridgestone, and Olympus.
The position is based in Finland, with options to work from the Helsinki or Tampere offices, or remotely from the UK.
Key responsibilities include designing, building, and maintaining end-to-end machine learning pipelines, automating ML workflows, managing infrastructure for model serving, ensuring reproducibility and traceability of data, implementing monitoring systems for model performance, collaborating with data scientists, leading model lifecycle management practices, and ensuring compliance with data privacy and governance standards.
Requirements:
Candidates must have experience in ML pipeline orchestration using tools like Airflow, Kubeflow, or Prefect.
Proficiency in setting up automated testing and deployment using GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps Pipelines is required.
Candidates should be skilled in Docker, Kubernetes, and Terraform for scalable deployments.
Experience with MLflow, TensorFlow Serving, TorchServe, or similar technologies is necessary.
Candidates must have experience in setting up observability tools to track model/data drift, latency, and failures.
Familiarity with AWS, GCP, or Azure, particularly their ML tools such as SageMaker or Vertex AI, is essential.
Nice to have skills include knowledge of Kafka, Spark Streaming, or Flink for streaming data processing, using Terraform for provisioning, experience managing and deploying large language models, and managing compute/storage costs in cloud-based ML workflows.
