The position of MLOps Engineer requires a mindset of ownership, a focus on automation, and a passion for building robust and scalable solutions.
The engineer will be part of the Data Platform team, collaborating closely with Data Science, Tech, Product, and Credit teams to deploy models securely, efficiently, reliably, and at scale.
The role involves working within a technical team with a long-term vision, alongside experienced professionals in MLOps, Data Engineering, and Machine Learning.
The work schedule is 40 hours per week.
Requirements:
A minimum of 2 years of experience in MLOps or DevOps roles in production environments is required.
Experience in designing, automating, and monitoring data pipelines and ML models in production is necessary.
The candidate must have the technical autonomy to propose improvements in architecture and infrastructure.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines and objectives is essential.
Familiarity with several technologies in the stack is expected, including:
Python
FastAPI
SQL (Redshift, MySQL)
Docker
AWS (S3, Lambda, ECS, etc.)
GitHub Actions or other CI/CD systems
MLFlow
Terraform (desirable)
