Description:
Xenon7 is seeking an MLOps Engineer to work remotely on a contract basis.
The role involves leading the development of MLOps automation solutions within the Databricks platform.
The engineer will enhance machine learning operations by integrating robust automation processes.
Key responsibilities include developing and implementing automation for model promotion workflows using Databricks Model Registry and MLflow.
The engineer will design and deploy scalable model serving solutions leveraging Databricks Model Serving and AWS services.
Establishing comprehensive monitoring systems for the Databricks Lakehouse to ensure data quality and model performance is essential.
Automating Databricks workflows for efficient execution of notebooks, scripts, and ML pipelines is a critical task.
The role requires utilizing AWS Lambda and API Gateway to create event-driven architectures that trigger Databricks jobs and manage model endpoints.
Collaboration with cross-functional teams to integrate MLOps solutions seamlessly into existing infrastructure is expected.
Requirements:
Candidates must have 6+ years of experience in software engineering.
Proficiency in Python is required, with a strong background in developing automation scripts and tools.
Hands-on experience with AWS services, particularly Lambda and API Gateway, is necessary for building serverless applications.
In-depth knowledge of Databricks is essential, including experience with MLflow, Model Serving, and Lakehouse architecture.
