Remote Mobile Compliance Test Lead

Description:

• We are seeking a Mobile Compliance Test Lead with deep expertise in first-party publishing requirements for Apple App Store and Google Play platforms.
• This role is critical in ensuring our mobile titles meet all technical certification requirements and platform guidelines before submission and release.
• Lead and execute compliance testing for mobile titles across iOS and Android platforms.
• Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) on Apple and Google certification requirements, including mobile platform submission guidelines, metadata, and submission processes.
• Review features and prototypes to provide guidance on potential requirements and related risks.
• Provide consultation and guidance regarding mobile-specific requirements.
• Collaborate with QA, production, and publishing teams to ensure timely and successful submissions.
• Act as the primary liaison with platform representatives and release managers during submission and review cycles.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation on platform requirements and changes.
• Train and mentor QA team members on compliance best practices and tools.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 5+ years in mobile QA, with at least 2 years in a compliance-focused role is required.
• Proven experience with Apple App Store and Google Play Console submission processes is essential.
• A strong understanding of platform-specific guidelines, including IARC ratings, privacy policies, and in-app purchase compliance is necessary.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills are required.
• Experience with JIRA, TestRail, and mobile device testing tools is preferred.
